The SWL QSL Museum South Africa Africa Radio SSIRI - Southern Sudan Interactive Radio Instruction - Meyerton - Station Overview      QSL Contributed by Hashimoto Kenji (Japan) The Southern Sudan Interactive Radio Instruction (SSIRI) educational project broadcast shortwave  programs in 2008 using the Sentech transmission facilities located in Meyerton, South Africa,  targeting East Africa.  Shortwave delivery from South Africa was phased out by the end of 2008 due to poor daytime  shortwave reception, transitioning local broadcast delivery to regional FM/AM partners.
